Yes. Kanger Wholesale USA has the right to refuse the sale of products to any person under the legal age to purchase tobacco products/vapor products according to their local laws. Kanger Wholesale USA also has the right to ask customers to provide proof of age and all other information

required for PACT ACT compliance.

  • How long will it take for my order to get to me?

 

Once your order is placed and processed, you should receive your package within 2-3 business days for domestic shipping.

 

  • What if my package gets lost or stolen during shipping?

 

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen during shipping, please call the carrier and report it using your tracking number. Next, file a police report. If you are a consumer with a business and/or employees, it is extremely important that you file a police report so you can vouch for your business and the members who work there. Once you have obtained the following information, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives at (866) 375-0541 for information on how to replace your product(s).

  • What documents are required by Kangerwholesaleusa to File for shortage/damaged goods?


             Kangerwholesaleusa requires the following documentation to submit a claim:

            - Copy of the POD with damage/shortage notation
            - Photographs of damaged pallet and/or damaged items. Minimum of 3.
            - Invoice or packing slip marked with damaged or missing items.

             All documentation must be submitted to CustomerSupport@lightfiregroup.com no later than 2 business days after the delivered date. If the POD is left unmarked, we cannot guarantee a credit or replacement of your items.

  • What methods of shipping does Kanger Wholesale USA offer?

 

Our standard and express shipping is through USPS. We also offer shipping methods through freight forwards and LTL shipping lines . 

 

  • How are shipping rates determined and what will it cost me?

 

Shipping rates are based upon weight. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping options and pricing are calculated and available during the checkout process.

 

** Note: 3-Day shipping at $9.99 is only available for orders that weigh 20 pounds or less. All orders above 99 pounds you may check out using the rates shown or contract us for a quote.

 

  • Does Kanger Wholesale USA ship internationally?

 

Yes. Kanger Wholesale USA ships internationally with the exception of Canada. We do not ship to Canada because of the strict regulations within the Canadian Tobacco Act. In addition, we encourage all international customers to order products at your own risk. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's E-liquid and E-cigarette customs/importation laws before ordering from Kanger Wholesale USA. We will not be held responsible for orders seized by Customs and Border Protection, and we will not falsify Customs and Border Protection forms to accommodate any orders.  All Customs and Border Protection forms will be marked honestly with accurate product and product value details in accordance with U.S. Federal laws. International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees; the customer is responsible for paying these charges.

 

  • What international shipping methods does Kanger Wholesale USA enforce?

 

We recommend all international customers choose UPS as their preferred delivery method, (they have the best results from our experience). We no longer use DHL or other carriers (3rd party carrier) as a preferred delivery method.

 

Our Shipping department member will work with you to fulfill your order. If you would like someone from our Sales team to contact you, please provide a preferred timeframe for us to call you. Please note: We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or additional fees when importing our products. Please be aware that in many countries, you are required to pay additional fees upon delivery.
